Nancy Irelan and her husband Mike Schnelle are the progressive couple behind Limnad/Red Tail Ridge, a winery on Seneca Lake’s west side. Limnad focuses entirely on sparkling wine–the Finger Lakes were renowned for sparkling wine in the 19th century–while Red Tail Ridge focuses on still wines.
